At BarnRD AB, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and our services. If you are not happy with a product, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

1. Returns and Refunds on Products

• You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@barnredo.se with your order details.

• Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.
   

2. Services and Installations

• Refunds on services such as installations are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the nature of the service and timing of the cancellation.

• Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or dispute a service.
   

3. Refund Process

• Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 60 business days.
   

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom orders or specially ordered products are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

• Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.
