At BarnRD AB, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and our services. If you are not happy with a product, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
1. Returns and Refunds on Products

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.
2. Services and Installations

Refunds on services such as installations are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the nature of the service and timing of the cancellation.

3. Refund Process

4. Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders or specially ordered products are not eligible for returns unless faulty.
